Roger,
We are more than happy with our home and more importantly your professionalism in our relationship through the home buying process. You build quality homes, making every effort to please the new homeowner. You obviously used qualified sub contractors that minimize future problems.
You are a man of your word, if you made us a promise you fulfilled that promise. As you know several years after we had been in our home, if I called to ask a question about something you always returned my call and tried as best you could to help with whatever the issue was. Not many builders would do this. I would highly recommend you as a very qualified builder, that builds a quality home at a fair price.

We have known Roger Thomas for many years and were thrilled when we realized that he was the builder of our 55+ retirement home. His integrity as a builder and his attention to details in watching his subcontractors is exemplary. The quality of construction of our home is excellent, and we have had no issues that have needed to be addressed. He does not cut corners and the quality of his construction stands above other local builders. We highly recommend Thomas Communities and wish them continued success.
