Roger Thomas
Roger built his first home over 30 years ago. Since then, the company has built over 800 homes in Texas, Georgia, and Ohio. His Keen Eye for detail, his preference is for practical and is emphasis on quality show on every home he builds.

Matthew Thomas
A second-generation Real Estate developer, Matthew holds a Masters of Land and Property Development from Texas A&M. Matthew leads land location and procurement, leading to new developments for the team. Matthew is passionate about continuing the legacy his father started.

Steve Kirschner
Steve is a Lead Partner on Kirschner & Associates, LLP; a Certified Public Accounting and Business serving the community since 1992. The firm has a heavy concentration of clients in the construction industry. Steve is a Partner in Thomas Homes & Communities and has an advisory role along with monitoring all financial data and reporting.
PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Jason Thomas
Jason recently graduated with a degree in Industrial Engineering and specializes in optimization of the company’s processes. Jason is Green-belt certified in Six Sigma and has experience with operations improvement, particularly procurement and supply chains.
